My Reading Journey

“One cannot produce a work with substantial cultural impact without being, first and foremost, an individual of culture.”

It is no secret that I am a nerd, who collects and reads more books than he has space to put them.

As a means to knowledge, books, for me, are one of the best tools we can use to learn, reflect on, and understand the world in which we live. They are a bridge between languages, continents, cultures, and people.

As a means to social interaction, they are the most profound one there is. They open to us the minds of, and allow us to converse with, another person, who might have been dead for hundreds, if not thousands of years.

You can (hopefully) find here the updates on the titles I am reading, has read, and will read, and (again, hopefully) my more-or-less regular thoughts and impressions on some of them under the Cabin section.
